Technology

With An Eye on the Future.

Harvey's technology department continually strives to develop and implement the necessary systems, equipment, and tools to support classroom goals and to allow our students to explore.

The Krasne Project, named for Board of Trustees member Charles A. Krasne, enables Harvey to provide the most current technology for students and teachers alike. In September of 2014, an entirely new area was created to function as a combined Robotics Lab and Makerspace complete with 3D printers, computers and iPads, as well as more traditional construction tools and electronics. This space is available to all Harvey classes so that students can design, create, and assess prototypes and products to enhance learning.

In 2018, we expanded on our technology initiatives with the creation of a dedicated robotics lab in the Middle School.
