At Harvey, our Upper School faculty has a remedy for those ninth grade jitters --  FirstYearFest! 

All incoming ninth graders, both new students to Harvey and those coming up from Harvey Middle School, attended our community-focused orientation which allows students, teachers, and administrators a day to get to know each other and the campus before the new school year begins.

Through bonding exercises, as well as reviewing their schedules and touring the campus, the ninth grade class of 2027 is well-prepared for the first day of school. Students shared hugs returning from summer and new friendships were forged, all while having a great time.
