Dear Harvey Upper School Parents,

We will open registration for you to book conferences with your child’s teachers on Monday, Oct. 7 at noon. These conferences are an excellent opportunity to discuss your child’s academic progress and address any concerns you may have with the teacher.

Conference sign-ups will occur electronically through the School Bookings website (specific directions below). Parents may attend in person or remotely via Zoom (Video Conference). Zoom links will be provided via email with your booking confirmation email.

The website will open October 7th at noon. We will shut down the site for registration on Monday, October 21 at noon.

Our conference days and times are as follows, and please note that there is no school on these days for the Upper School:

• Thursday, October 24th – 8:15 am to 4:00 pm. Surname beginning with the letters “A” through “L.”
• Friday, October 25th – 8:15 am to 4:00 pm. Surname beginning with the letters “M” through “Z.”

The site allows you to book 15-minute timeslots with your child's teacher. If you plan to attend in person, consider leaving space between bookings to allow time to get to your next meeting location.
To book Parent/Teacher time slots:

• Click here to enter the SchoolBookings site. The website will open on Monday, October 7th at noon.
• Enter your email address and Click on Go
• Enter parent Full Name and Email
• Click on Go
• Click on the arrow to the right of the first blank
• Choose your child's teachers you would like to meet
• Click on Go
• Choose any one of the open time slots for each teacher
• Click on Go when done making all choices
• Review your bookings
• An email will be sent with a list of your bookings
• Click Finished when done
• To make changes, click the link above

Parents of seniors, please sign up to meet with either Senior Bridge teacher. Please note from their schedule which slot your senior has Senior Bridge Seminar.

• Slot 2 - Vinny Alexander or Beth Visintainer
• Slot 3 - Madelon Visintainer or Christian Coscio
• Slot 4- Connor Welles or Megan Taylor

Only one parent should sign up for each family. Those who are separated or divorced may sign up together or individually.

For access to your child’s teacher list and schedule, please login to your Parent Portal on the Harvey website. The Parent Portal can be found on the top navigation bar of the Harvey website.
