A non-refundable deposit of $3500.00 must be paid at the time of enrollment. The balance can be paid in installments during the school year:
(1) Prepayment with a $500.00 discount,
(2) Two Payment Plan in July and October, or
(3) Monthly Payment Plan.
Bookstore charges tend to run between $300 and $500 per year for each student. Some additional charges may apply, depending on the activities chosen by a student.
Financial Aid is available to assist with the cost of tuition for families demonstrating financial need. All families are eligible to apply for need-based financial aid through an outside agency, SSS, which assesses the family’s financial need and provides the school with a recommendation as to the amount of aid to be awarded. All financial aid decisions are made on an individual and confidential basis by the school after receiving and reviewing a family’s financial status.
Families must apply for financial aid each year. New and returning families should apply for financial aid by February 1st in order to receive full consideration. Qualified families applying after that date are awarded aid if funds are available. Applicants may connect to the SSS website at sss.nais.org. The Harvey School ID number is 3742.
