The Harvey School’s athletic department has named the top male and female student athletes of the spring term. Senior Teddy Little and junior Sadie Albert were announced as the school’s top student athletes for the spring sports season by Harvey’s athletic director Patrick Kennedy.
Teddy, an honor roll student, was one of the top defenders on the boys varsity lacrosse team. He was selected as a New England Prep School (NEPSAC) Division III All-Star and awarded an honorable mention as a Housatonic Valley Athletic League (HVAL) all-league player. Teddy will be attending Denison University on scholarship to play football in the fall.
Sadie, who earned a place on the Head’s List for her academic achievement, was the No. 1 scorer on Harvey’s girls varsity lacrosse team this spring. She was selected as an all-star by both NEPSAC and the Western New England Prep School Women’s Lacrosse Association (WNEPSWLA). Sadie also was named an HVAL all-league player.
In making his announcement, Mr. Kennedy said, “Teddy and Sadie are both outstanding individuals who represent the school in an exemplary way, both in the classroom and on the playing fields.”
