We come to appreciate how much we have achieved by reflecting on the path that has paved the way for our experiences. Welcome to our second installment, “Reflections”, which gives you the opportunity to read about our children’s experiences as recent graduates of our upper school, and also as ninth graders who have come through our middle school.

The stories that you will read come from responses to the following questions:

2. What are your favorite classes and why?
3. What were the extra-curricular activities that you participated in?
4. If you know, what are you planning to major in? Did any experience at Harvey inspire your choice?
5. Was there a teacher or class that had a particular influence on you? Please explain.
6. What ways do you feel Harvey helps a student to find his or her own place?
7. Name three ways that you feel Harvey helped you become a better student.
8. In retrospect, if someone who was thinking of attending Harvey were to ask you why he/she should attend Harvey, what would you say to have him/her consider coming to school here?
